Crisp and dry, with terrific refreshment on the palate. This lovely white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier has balance and restraint, no heavy oak and a delightfully floral finish. Perfect for fresh seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Wonderfully fragrant nose, as to be expected from these two fragrant varietals. Lovely tropical fruit, and a crisp minerality to balance it out.

At 60% Sauvignon Blanc, and 40% Viognier, this 2012 is well balanced on the palate, and would pair well with light seafood and as Arjolle representative, Jeffrey points asparagus as well.

This will be a steal as a refreshing summertime sipper at $11.95!

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A very fragrant 60/40 blend of Sauv Blanc and Viognier, with peach, tropical fruit and fresh asparagus on the nose and blossoming on the palate. A delightful complement to shellfish, chicken, asparagus or mushroom dishes and a big hit as aperitif. buy it now at incredible VPB for $11.95.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I had the pleasure of tasting this 2012 vintage Jan. 23/14 at The Urban Pear in Ottawa. Early harvested blend of 60%SB and 40%Viognier. Sunny yellow-gold colour and light-med body. Floral notes leap from the glass to the nose. Thank you Viognier!
Golden apple, stewed pear, honey and a tad herbal round out the nose. The palate is duplicated with the herbal/grassy notes of SB making an appearance.
Fresh acidity with luscious fruit make this a "Best Restaurant Wine" Food friendly. Superb value at $11.95
Great as an aperitif or try it with seafood, chicken, fish, vegetarian dishes

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A very inviting blend of two frangrant varietals. 60% SB, 40% Viognier produces delicious rich orchard fruit, cantaloupe, floral notes, with a hint of asparagus. The palate is full of refreshing asian pear, yellow apple, with a slight herbaceousness. Perfect on its own, however, the refreshing acidity makes this value priced wine a great option to pair with seafood/shell fish in a butter or cream sauce with asparagus and mushrooms. Tasted January 2014. 89 pts. Matt Steeves
