Lakeview Cellars Serenity is a Prosecco-inspired bubble made in the Cuve Close Methode from the Riesling wine grape. Bright and zesty on the nose and barely dry on the palate with fresh apple, pear, citrusy aromas and flavours delivered on a vibrant and lively mousse. Chill and enjoy it with fish and chips or veggies and dip.

Sparkling Riesling food pairings: veal schnitzel, grilled pork chops, fresh veggies and dips, fish tacos, crab cakes, fish and chips.

Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Produced by the tank method, this is a nice sparkling with all the characteristics of the underlying aromatic Riesling. My guests, who prefer off dry Riesling were pleased with this sparkling; pleasantly off-dry, with a nice lemon, apple and pear aroma and flavour. Pleasant with Beemster goat cheese.
From Lakeview Cellars In Ontario, Serenity Sparkling Riesling is produced in Methóde cuve close. A lovely Prosecco-style sparkler from Ontario, this is a bright, zesty, off-dry bubble, with fresh pear, apple, citrusy with a lively mousse. Tasty and versatile, chill and pour it on its own or with fish tacos and fish and chips. - Community Wine Reviews
