From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Lakeview Reserve 2017 Baco Noir is a bright, medium-bodied red wine produced from the Baco Noir hybrid grape developed in 1894 by François Baco with an aim to producing phylloxera-resistant vines. This Baco Noir is bright on the palate with fresh red berry, cherry fruit, dried fined herbs, dark spices with a touch of smoke. Pour with chops and ribs from the barbie.

Baco Noir food pairings: game stews, smoked meats, meat pies.
