Laherte Frères is a non-vintage, extra dry Rosé de Meunier Champagne with a rich and persistent mousse of ripe, sweet red berry, soft orange zest, fine herbs, brioche and a chalky oyster shell minerality mouth-watering on the palate. Produced from 60% Meunier, 30% macerated Meunier and 10% Meunier as a still red wine. Complex with a promise of more amazing flavours to come as it ages. Drink or hold.

Rosé de Meunier Champagne food pairings: fried chicken, potato chips, fish and chips, salads, oysters on the half shell with a strawberry mignonette, smoked salmon, quiche, brunch dishes, baked ham.

Rosé De Meunier Laherte Frères Extra-Brut Champagne was disgorged Oct. 2019. This is a NV Extra Brut Rosé de Meunier floral with fine herbs and toasty on the nose. Needs a little more time in bottle to come forward. Nice now, better in a couple of years. Pair with fresh shellfish dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
