A deeply flavoured sparkling rose from Nova Scotia from one of the best producers of this style in the province. This is a blend of organically grown Marechal Foch and L'Acadie Blanc grapes, both Maritime hybrids. The wine is aged on its lees. Pair with NS lobster.

Pastries and little strawberries on the nose. The mouth is really nice and balanced with lots of fruit. Another great product from this Nova Scotia producer. Very festive.

A lovely traditional method vintage sparkling wine from Nova Scotia. Small field strawberries, cranberry, and scones on the nose. Lively and balanced, with great fruit concentration on the palate. Enjoy with semi sweet dishes like fruit parfait, strawberry scones, or enjoy on its own for a celebratory toast. Very impressed and great to see these tasty sparkling wines coming from Nova Scotia. Tasted January 2016. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

Very pretty pale pink with nice bubbles. There is a faint plumminess on the nose and fresh citrus, a little brioche, following up on the palate. Nicely done and interesting use of these grape varieties.

Eye catching light peachy-pink hue on this east coast sparkling rose. Crisp, mouth watering acidity and lovely brioche and baked apple on nose and taste. Very gentle bubbles and lovely long finish. I could enjoy this with or without food.

A pretty pale salmon with aromas of strawberries, brioche, cranberries, hay, and a touch of Sherry. Good acidity, and flavours of apple and melon. A pretty pre-dinner sparkler.

Pale salmon hue, small uniform bubbles, the nose shows apple, and toasty, nutty/lees.
Fine mouse, apple, a light note of strawberry and slightly notes. Medium finish.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This wine is a pale salmon colour and declared at 11.9% ABV with small bubbles. Traditional method vinified organic fruit of Marechal Foch and l'Acadie Blanc. Crisp with a light tannic presence. This wine shows rose petal, hazelnut, sourdough bread crust, unripe nectarine aromatics. Enjoy 2016-2018. Tasted Jan 2016.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Light salmon in color this wine from Nova Scotia has a nose of poached apples and baked bread. The palate has a touch of honey and freshly baked apple crisp amidst some scattered bubbles. A nice accompaniment to any baked fruit dessert.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 74/100 with the following review:

Nice colour but the bubbles are quite aggressive…
Presentation: Busy.
Appearance: Light salmon
Nose: Sweet, pears, strawberries, grilled sweet peaches
Taste: Very strong, sharp bubbles, a little sweetness, like strawberries.
Finish: Not much of a finish.
Overall impression: Bubbles are just too strong for my taste.
Value: 1.5 out of 5
