A crisp, vibrant, mouth-watering BC white wine made from the classic Sauvignon Blanc grape. Racy acidity for seafood. Medium-bodied and refreshing.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A refreshing, fun, BC Sauvignon Blanc. A pale lemon-green colour with some delightful finesse. Grapefruit, kiwi and snow pea sweetness. Flavours vibrantly showcase crisp green apples, lemon-lime and tart starfruit. Mouthwatering acidity is bright, refreshing and full of zesty citrus. This would be a perfect salad sipper. - tasted June 2018
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The Naramata Bench region of the Okanagan Valley in BC is a unique and celebrated Canadian wine region. 2017 was a tumultuous growing season - early floods from late season snow and wild fires into the fall contributed to a 20% reduction in fruit that year. But the grapes that did come were absolutely amazing - complex, and worth the “struggle”.
This Sauvignon Blanc from La Frenz captures this complexity perfectly.
Crisp aromas of lemon, fresh herbs and freshly cut grass swirl in the glass and come to life on the palate, with a long persistent citrus flavour. Mouthwatering and wonderfully balanced.
Tasted June 2021.
