Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This sparkling is a delight with a clean, fresh nose and a hint of white flowers. No discernable mousse but it dances on the tongue with refreshing hints of citrus. Beautiful balance and good length. Serve on its own or with seafood canapés. Excellent value. This would be a very versatile sparkling so at this price - you may want to stock up. Tasted August 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
From the Bordeaux wine region, La Fleur De François is a great value Crémant De Bordeaux under $17. Made in the traditional method, this is a dry brut with crunchy green apple, ripe stone fruit, citrus florals, bready and light herbal flavours on the palate delivered on a lively mousse finishing with zesty acidity for food with cream-based sauces like a pasta primavera, grilled Atlantic salmon steaks or enjoy chilled on its own. - Community Wine Reviews
