Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The minerality nose is seductive and refreshing in this Grand Cru wine- I could just keep smelling it all day long. A high quality Chablis, made from the Chardonnay grape that grows on clay and limestone soil which highlights its unique mineral characteristic. It is a medium bodied wine, loaded with citrus notes, creamy texture and a nutty finish. An excellent food wine: good choice if you're invited for a dinner and have no idea what the menu will be, as it will pair well with a wide variety of dishes; from game and poultry to fish and light salads.
La Chablisienne (2015) is a cool-climate, crisp and zesty premier cru Chablis from Montmains, Burgundy. Lots of crisp green apple and spicy, nutty flavours and a zesty citrus finish followed by a streak of minerality on the palate. Drink now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews
