La Castellina Il Nero Di Poggio Alla Buca 2015 is a full-bodied and savoury Cabernet and Petit Verdot red wine blend from the Tuscany wine region. Dry and vibrant with ripe dark plum, blueberry, earthy mushroom, black olive and toasted oak and baking spice flavours plushy on the palate. Tannins are firm and the wine could benefit from some time in cellar. But if having tonight, decant for one hour or two and pour it with a full-bodied, meaty lasagne topped with lots of cheese.

Food pairings: grilled steaks, roast goose, game burgers.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
