Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Deep lemon colour in the glass with aromas and flavours of churned butter, toast, cedar, citrus, apple and pear. touches of honey and floral blossoms.Good vanilla and butter finish. Good value for $16. Perfect for roasted or grilled white meats.
Tasted: October 2015
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Chardonnay from West Cape, South Africa was a fun discovery. The label at the LCBO said flavours included caramel and buttered popcorn and the price was right; what's not to like? Sure enough, the nose hints at caramel and citrus, then the palate definitely tastes like green apple, caramel and lime. The long finish leaves a great buttered popcorn flavour in your mouth. Crisp and dry, this cheery Chard will perk up a dreary fall evening. A bargain at $15.95! XD 13.5% lcbo #328559'
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Quite a nice Chardonnay for the price. Lots of body - grapefruit and green apple with a touch of zesty lime-lemon and buttery, nutty almond and hazelnut on the finish. Nice balance of acidity, fruit and alcohol. Had it with salmon croquettes and braised fennel for dinner - delish!
David Skinner rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Medium gold. A moderately perfumed wine with buttery undertones and predominantly pineapple fruit touched by oak. Toasted flavors much like grilled pineapple. Fairly straightforward and a good acidity and medium finish driven by fruit. A basic chardonnay from South Africa that would do well with chicken or a Cobb salad.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Caramel and lemon notes on the nose and palate. The flavor refined on the palate and finished with a buttery apple crisp note.
