Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lemon coloured and clean in the glass. Pronounced petrol dominates the nose. Palate is has some salinity and minerality. A smooth mouth feel with good acidity and a mouth puckering long finish. It makes me think of Greece so pair with Greek salad, Chicken souvlaki. Tasted April 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

White pepper, white floral, citrus, and rose stem nose. Extra dry, quite crisp, more white pepper, lemon, and wet stone. A mild bitter note on the finish. Good value white. Pair with white fish or chicken dishes, especially those with lemon.
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

An opportunity to expand your wine experience to a white varietal from Slavonia, Grasevina is the most widely planted grape in Croatia. Citrus and fresh, with green herbal aromas, it tastes salty and mineral on the palate. The acidity of the wine will go well with poultry and fish.
From the Danube-Kutjevo Vineyard, Slavonia Continental Kutjevo 2017 is produced from 100% Grasevina wine grapes. Dry and vibrant with juicy lemon, ripe pear flavours and a white pepper, clean mineral finish on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
