Love this! Usually Pinot Gris is like beige wallpaper: boring. Not so here. Lively and aromatic with an undertone of almond. Fresh lime and white pear. Great chilled aperitif or companion to seafood.

Pinot Gris food pairings: grilled lobster tail in butter, stir-fried shrimp, grilled salmon.

Nice PG. Lots of fruit - peach and apricot. Very easy to drink, pleasant, good balance. Finish is on the short side.

Pear and peach notes on the nose and palate with some honey appearing on the palate.
