Butterscotch and baked bread on the nose of this inviting, robust Californian Chardonnay. The palate of this rich white wine opens up with green apple and melon. Full-bodied, generous and delicious! Pair this with roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled chicken, shellfish, beef bourguignon, cheese, egg dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Luscious deep lemon full-bodied loveliness with slow thick legs. Enticing aromas of tropical fruit, pear, apple, toast, nutty, vanilla, caramel, smoke. The palette is ripe with creamy butter, oak, popcorn with racy acidity. This is California Chardonnay masterfully crafted and unabashed. Definitely a bargain considering the complexity and potential to age over the next 5 years. Perfect winter white! Enjoy with Christmas turkey dinner. Serve slightly chilled.
