Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I discovered this wine at the Taste Ontario event in Ottawa April 3, 2019 and it was one of my favourite rosé. An interesting mix of 94% sauvignon and 6% malbec with a very nice light red colour. I would have it by itself to start off happy hour on a patio in the summer.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A perfectly named rose, this has me envisioning patio weather! Blended from mostly Semillion (94%) with some Malbec (6%), this wine is bright, fruity, with a hint of sweetness as well as enough body to stand up to food. Lots fresh strawberry notes and bright acidity on the palate. Enjoy with planked salmon.
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Looking for a wine to have ready for those first warm summer days? This Rose offers a flavourful blend of Semillon and Malbec. Bottle is hand labelled- how cool is that! Pleasant notes of strawberry and citrus. Slightly off-dry but nice acidity to balance it out. Pair with tortilla chips and guacamole. Tasted at Taste Ontario April 2019
Somm4All WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

There are many surprising attributes about this Rosé, beginning with its composition of 94% Semillon and 4% estate grown Malbec – 2 varieties that do not normally come to mind when discussing a Prince Edward County wine – perhaps now they should. As you raise your glass you are greeted by aromas of fresh sweet strawberry, followed by a wave of ripe lemon, fresh white flowers and just a whiff of vanilla. On the palate the wine is off-dry, with notes of strawberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, black earth, vanilla and just a smidge of “funkiness” all dancing around. The finish is refreshing with some good weight and body as this is not a delicate wine and does not try to be one. Interestingly there is a lot going on here for a $19.00 rose, however it is very well balanced, with just enough of each component to not outshine another – a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that are synonymous with both owner Sherry Karlo, and esteemed wine-maker Derek Barnett. Grab your friends, find a patio and enjoy a bottle (or two) with a Summery Thai noodle salad.
