Justin 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from grapes sourced from the Paso Robles wine region with its varied mesoclimates that permit a range of varietals to thrive, like this juicy Cabernet fresh with ripe, dark raspberry, plum, dried herbs, mocha, pepper and oak spice flavours vibrant and concentrated on the palate. Tannins are pleasantly grippy. Drink or hold.

Reviews and Ratings

The grapes for Justin 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon were sourced from the Paso Robles wine region. Deep and dark ruby in the glass, it is fragrant with dark plum, black raspberry, chocolate, anise, cracked pepper and toasty oak spice with a kiss of vanilla lingering on the palate. Tannins are structured and there is plenty of food-friendly acidity on this wine to enjoy with steaks from the grill. - Community Wine Reviews
