Jost Tidal Bay 2021 is the winery's signature white wine blend of L’Acadie Blanc, New York Muscat, Geisenheim, Cayuga and Osceola Muscat wine grapes. Off-dry, medium-bodied and lush on the nose and palate with ripe apple, pear, stone fruit, lemon curd, spring florals and minerally notes expressing the distinct terroir of Jost Vineyards. Refreshing and mouth-filling with great acidity for food, chill and enjoy it with local seafood dishes. In Nova Scotia, this would be lobster mac and cheese and pan-fried haddock. Founded in 1978, Jost is the longest-operating winery in Nova Scotia and has been the pioneer of the region's viticultural growth.

Food pairings: seafood canapes, salads, grilled shellfish.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
