Fresh and bursting with white peach and Asian pear aromas. Great aperitif. This wine previously won a Gold Medal at the Grand Concours des Vins D’Alsace Colmar. Pinot Blanc is food-friendly, with relatively low alcohol. Pair it with fresh seafood. Great value.

Pinot Blanc food pairings: poached salmon, coquilles St. Jacques, smoked whitefish.

Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Beautifully aromatic, dry Alsatian Pinot Blanc vinified with 100% pinot blanc grapes using sustainable farming practices. Crisp, light and fresh with aromas and flavours of ripe white peaches, apples and lemon drops. This is a perfect patio sipping white and a fantastic companion to salads, quiches, grilled seafood and light cheeses. Best served chilled between 8-10C. Tasted Jan 2017.
