This bottling from Josef Chromy is juicy, racy and mouth-watering as red cherries dance across your mouth, waking up on your senses in a pure Aussie fruit sensation. This isn’t earthy or spicy: it’s sunny and tasty and complex. Finishes long and smooth with black cherry and pepper. Great concentration and focus of flavour. Try this Pinot Noir with roast turkey.

Pinot Noir food pairings: salmon steaks, pork, spaghetti Bolognese, veal, roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Tasmania is a cool climate region of Australia, with four distinct seasons. It's located 240 kilometres south of the warm Australian continent. Going south in the southern hemisphere means it gets cooler, and as a result is becoming increasingly well-known for it's spectacularly vibrant Pinot Noir. Pepik is the nickname for Josef in Czech. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
