This bubbly hails from the cool climate of Tasmania, where it excels in making other cool climate wines such Pinot Noir, part of this blend. Aromas of mixed spices, freshly baked bread and green apple dominate in this vibrant sparkling wine. Pair with shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Made of Pinot Noir (54%) completed by Chardonnay (46%).

Fine bubble, clear yellow/green color notes of peach, pear, apple and white flower.

The wine is fresh, medium-bodied and the finish is medium.

Pair with oyster or take it like aperitif.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Enjoyabe now.
This New Zealand sparkling wine employs the Méthode Traditionnelle used in Champagne of the second fermentation in the bottle. The 2008 vintages of the Josef Chromy Vintage Sparkling is crisp and refreshing. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
