Jean-Claude Boisset's Les Ursulines 2016 is a bright and juicy, mouth-watering Pinot Noir from the Burgundy wine region. Look for tart cherries, earthy florals and spicy, smoky flavours on the palate. This Burgundian Pinot Noir sources grapes grown in the estate's Les Ursulines vineyard, which is located on what was once a convent up until the French Revolution.

Pinot Noir food pairings: chicken, planked salmon, braised lamb, roast beef, rosemary pork tenderloin.
