Jcb Unity 2021 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon blend, bold and bright with ripe strawberry, cherry, earthy, mocha and savoury herb flavours vibrant on the palate. Created with the guiding principles of love, hope, unity, diversity and equality in mind, the wine is part of the JCB and Boisset Collection, "where oceans separate us, wine unites us!” said Boisset Collection and Proprietor Jean-Charles Boisset. A portion of the sales from this wine are donated in support of organizations such as the Association of African American Vintners Scholarship Fund. In Ontario, a portion of sales will go in support of diversity and inclusion through donations to Rainbow Railroad and CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers).

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: veal cutlets, roast turkey, burgers and ribs.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I always love a wine with a purpose. This wine promotes Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including donating proceeds to support organizations such as the Association of African American Vintners Scholarship Fund in the US, and Rainbow Railroad and CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers) in Canada. Aromas of currant and dark plums with hints of mocha and dried herbs. Enjoy!
