This medium sweet Niagara sparkling wine offers attractive notes of ripe peach, pear and melon. It is just slightly sparkling or frizzante. Great for before dinner as an aperitif or after dinner on it's own or with fruit-based desserts, nuts and cheeses.

Chardonnay Musqué food pairings: melon & prosciutto, sushi, mild curries, lobster ravioli, and a variety of cheeses from Brie to Gruyere.

Reviews and Ratings

The grapes for this wine were picked at optimum maturity and balance. They were then cold soaked on their skins for 4 hours before being gently pressed. The juice was warmed and started fermentation with selected yeast to enhance the varietal’s aromas. At the perfect point the fermentation tank was sealed while fermentation continued, trapping the CO2 and creating the delicate bubbles. The fermentation was stopped and the wine was quickly bottled to showcase the intensity of the fresh varietal aromas. Juicy and bursting with tropical, floral, and citrus notes. The palate is lush with a fine effervescence. Full and balanced with a defined sweetness, yet crisp and fresh. This leads to honey and ripe fruit on the mid-palate, following through to the finish
