Love the dark cherry, smoky, spicy plum and vanilla aromas on this Bordeaux-style Cabernet Sauvignon, Franc and Merlot red wine blend from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Dry and juicy on the palate with cherry compote, cassis, plum, oak spice and smoky vanilla flavours with a long and smooth finish.

Meritage food pairings: grilled red meats, gourmet sausages, meat lover's pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Jackson-Triggs 2017 Grande Reserve Meritage is a full-bodied and ultra-balanced red wine blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wine grapes, concentrated, mouth filling and supple with fleshy cherries, spiced plum, smoky toasty oak spice and vanilla flavours on the palate. Pour with a roast chicken dinner. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
