Reviews and Ratings

Holly Bruns rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Mmmm Ontario bubbly rocks. Mineraly, a hint of yeast with some fresh apricot, and a wee note of something like wild strawberry. This zingy sparkler finishes with tart, lime zest on the palate.
Corinna Horton rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The 2007 Jackson Triggs Entourage Silver Series Brut Méthode Classique is a pleasant surprise; toasty, fruity, with hints of green apple, after inhaling it's bouquet ripe with honeycomb and floral notes. A sparkling wine to wash the cares of the day away and open the palate to bigger, bolder flavors.
Gabriel Israel rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

On the nose, very mild, short and with little bubbles. Mid palate acidity. A bit of short on the finish. Was expecting more.
Jason Solanki rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Yeasty with hints of floral and citrus aromas. More citrus on the palate, followed by flower, biscuit, nutty, and toast on the palate. Not overly carbonated. Extra dry. Tasted July 2012.
Allie Hughes rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

I fell in like but not love with this sparkling wine. The bubbles were not the elegant mousse that I search for, but the palate was very pleasant and it was definitely a wine fit for celebration. Yeasty (BRIOCHE!) with subtle citrus, it wasn't a knock-out but it was a wine that I enjoyed! It is the kind of bottle that I would serve for a group... my wine tasting is always framed by the kind of entertaining I would use it for! (Unintentionally!)
sit. sip. savour. rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

this lovely sparkler boasts apple/stone fruit, citrus, mineral & slight toast on the nose. on the palate, the red apple turns to green along with citrus. sip on its own or as refreshing match to nibblies.
Nina rated this wine as 79/100 with the following review:

It was a lovely sparkling. Bubbles disappeared very fast. Nose wasn't very pronounced. Some stone fruit, toast.
On the palate it wasn't really Brut for my taste, I would say off dry.
Stone fruit on the palate with touch of citrus.
It was nice with Canadian cheese.
Dan Trcka Wine Blogger reviewed this wine as follows:

The 2007 Jackson Triggs Entourage Silver Series Brut Méthode Classique. Bottle was fermented via classique technique and spent 3 years on lees. This sparking has faint aromas of green apple, wine lees and citrus peel. It has fine bubbles and a nice minerality coming together with its acidity. Tasted July/12.

Susan Desjardins reviewed this wine as follows:

Showcasing a fine ample mousse on pouring, this sparkler is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Dry yet fruity, it offers fresh aromas of stone fruit and citrus with a whiff of biscuit dough. It’s vibrant and clean on the palate with an appealingly crisp and creamy texture. Tasty flavours of peach, lime and tangerine wash across the palate and through the finish of this refreshing, balanced and well-crafted wine.
Dawn Montgomery reviewed this wine as follows:

In 2012 Jackson -Triggs Entourage Methode Classique Sparkling Brut Niagara Estate made Decanter’s award list and that’s where it deserves to be. Aged (‘en tirage’) on the lees for three years, this extra dry Pinot Noir (70%) Chardonnay (30%) blend is delightful. Fine bubbles form an effervescent fizz, whilst apple, vanilla and floral aromas complement the smooth, pleasantly expressive finish. I’m a great believer in bubbles, any where, any time and Jackson -Triggs Entourage Methode Classique Sparkling fits perfectly; the perfect wine for every occasion
This elegant wine displays a generous mousse and reveals fresh
floral, concentrated vanilla, almond, citrus and tropical aromas underscored by
subtle nuances of toast. On the palate, it displays a rich texture with creamy
flavours of lemon, green apple, tropical citrus, and hazelnut that conclude with a
crisp luxurious finish.
“I am honoured to craft ENTOURAGE, which proves how Niagara can craft
sparkling wines that compete among the world's best.” – Marco Piccoli,
