From Paso Robles, California, J. Lohr Pure Paso 2018 is a full-bodied and plushy red wine blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Petite Sirah, 2% Syrah and 2% Malbec grapes. Lovely on the nose with baked berry pie, mint, dark cherry, caramel and mocha flavours vibrant on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained and velvety. Enjoy with gourmet burgers from the grill.

Proprietary Red food pairings: game burgers, grilled beef long ribs, pork chops, roast beef, roast chicken, leg of lamb, duck.

Reviews and Ratings

J. Lohr Pure Paso 2017 is a lush and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec red wine blend rich on the nose with ripe strawberry, earthy florals and baking spice aromas, juicy with a mouthful of ripe red berry, cherry, cinnamon, clove, violets, mocha and well-integrated oak spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are structured and fine. - Community Wine Reviews
