A silky, seductive pinot that delivers fleshy berry aromas and flavours. Medium-bodied and plush with lots of length on the finish. It's a terrific pinot with New World fruit vibrancy and Old World balance. Try it tonight with planked salmon.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast beef and other meat or game dishes, poultry, baked ham, barbecued swordfish, grilled salmon, roast duck, and firm cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I love this silky smooth Pinot Noir from Canadian producer Inniskillin. This wine will go with just about any food you serve, or if you're going to enjoy an evening on the patio. Raspberry, cherry fruits, vanilla and a hint of spice, make for a great Canadian Pinot Noir.
Premium vineyards throughout the Niagara Peninsula were selected for this classic cool climate varietal. I let the grapes soak for 48 hours to enhance complexity and stabilize colour. I did a complete malolactic fermentation before ageing in new and older French oak barrels for 16 months.
