A spritely, energetic white with refreshing notes of lime and white flowers. Great balance and finesse. Lots of body here with a beautiful medium weight and texture. Luscious!

Riesling Legacy Series food pairings: Very versatile wine that goes well textured fishes and shellfish with citrus based sauces and marinades; mild Asian cuisine with its multitude of spicy flavours.

Reviews and Ratings

The grapes for this wine were selected as the best varietal for the harvest of 2008 coming from the Cooper Vineyard in the Twenty Mile Bench sub appellation near Beamsville. Cool fermentation in stainless steel for 13 days and after a single racking was aged on fine lees for 6 months. A complex nose of citrus are complemented by a hint of spice. Its rich mouthfeel offer stone fruite, citrus and minieral flavours.
