Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Late Harvest Riesling is very aromatic with ripe peach, white florals and slight mineral notes. Luscious honeyed peach predominates on palate. Balanced & elegant, perfect with a fruit flan or crème caramel.
Tasted April 2018
Hogue Cellars Late Harvest Riesling 2016 is great value under $20. The grapes for this sweet wine were harvested in the evening and are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank to preserve fruit freshness and acidity. Look for ripe apple, lime-lemon zest and ripe, honeyed stonefruit on this sweet and balanced Riesling from the Columbia Valley. Pair with mildly spicy fare. - Community Wine Reviews
