Reviews and Ratings

Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

White peach, apricot, and minerality on the nose. It repeats on the palate, with a slight sweetness and acidity citrus. Well balance and good value for a charmant method sparkling that is produced locally.
Ashley Quesnel rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Hinterland in Prince Edward County produces exclusively sparkling wines and have become the resident experts of the style. The 2014 Whitecap is a blend of vidal and riesling and is produced using the charmat method that is most commonly associated with Prosecco. Pronounced aromas of floral, peach, pear, lemon curd and yellow apple. Fresh and approachable.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Pronounced lavender, peach, grapefruit and mineral aromas and flavours. The lavender note is quite interesting actually. This sparkling is light bodied and crisp with a short refreshing finish. Pair with light fried calamari or smelts. Tasted Nov 2015.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
