From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, the grapes for Hidden Bench 2018 Chardonnay wine grapes were organically-grown on the estate and sourced from the Locust Lane, Felseck and Rosomel Vineyards. Hidden Bench is known for its artisanal, terroir-driven wines. There is a lovely mouthfeel and balance on this full-bodied Chard with ripe apple, spiced pear, lemon curd, vanilla and nutty flavours on the palate. The wine is aged in a combination of concrete egg and French oak barrels and is bottled unfiltered.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled seafood, pork tenderloin, lobster in butter sauce, ravioli in an Alfredo sauce.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
