Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pear, white tree fruit, and citrus on the nose leads into a palate with citrus, ripe pear and melon. Medium-bodied mouthfeel and a ripe pear finish.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Kosher for Passover wine has come a long way. You no longer have to settle for the traditional cloyingly sweet Passover wines. Here is a nice alternative white wine for your Passover table. This bone dry Kosher wine has aromas and flavours of citrus, green apple, pear, floral and sweet spice lift. Light-bodied with medium+ acidity. Pair with veal, turkey, potato Kugel, sweet potato latkes. Drink now. Serve well chilled.
Tasted: March 2015
This white wine is Kosher for Passover and is produced by the Golan Heights Winery. As the northernmost wine region in Israel, Galilee is a cool climate that produces wines of great elegance. Within Galilee, the district of the Golan Heights is most coveted for its volcanic plateau that rests at 1,300 to 3,900 feet sea level. This white wine is mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
