Drop-dead gorgeous! Stunning complexity and depth of flavour in this Niagara icewine made from the classic Riesling grape. Aromas of apricots and honeyed lemon. Perfect.

Riesling Icewine food pairings: strong blue cheeses or seared foie gras, for dessert with fresh fruit.

Reviews and Ratings

Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Golden in colour with aromas of honey, melon, candied lemon and apricot. The candied lemon and honey flavours really come through for an enjoyably long finish. The acidity of the wine is well balanced with the sweetness. Enjoy this on its own or paired up with fresh fruit.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Absolutely beautiful. Layers of flavour with creamy smooth honey drenched ripe pear and sun drenched ripe nectarine. This wine is full bodied and a bit less viscous than the Henry of Pelham Vidal Icewine. Mouthwatering acidity, beautiful in the nose and on the palate. Absolutely adorable. Pairs well with Stilton cheese cake, an assorted blue cheese platter, maple glazed salmon, maple spicy BBQ chicken wings, fried calamari or Chinese general Tao chicken. Loved this wine! Tasted 2014 vintage in Jan 2017. Rated 94/100.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Holy inviting and rich delicious deeply concentrated honey, beeswax, and citrus marmalade flavours. Enjoy this liquid treasure with Mexican Flan. Tasted Jan 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Riesling icewines are so special - delicious and syrupy with a fabulous zing of acidity. Lovely and complex, this one has notes of spiced candied orange, apricot, honey and almond. Perfect match with calissons, those wonderful Provencal almond and melon paste treats.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Luscious and full of flavour, this is the perfect end to a special meal. Lots of apricot and honey on the palate. Full bodied, smooth, lots flavour and a lingering finish. The perfect accompaniment to blue cheese.
