A lovely, tart Niagara Pinot Noir with juicy, racy, mouth-watering acidity for food. Aromas of tart cherry and cranberry with some fresh earth. Perfect for roast chicken.

Garnet. Blueberry, raspberry and underbrush on the nose. On the palate, cherry, baking spice, and cranberry. Mouthwatering acidity, medium body well balanced. Simple yet elegant and approachable. Pair with roast chicken, turkey, lamb. Tasted 2016 vintage in July 2017. 89 points.
