Staggeringly great concentration of hedonistic pleasure in this classic Niagara dessert wine. Loaded with fleshy peach, apricot preserves and marmalade. Wow.

Riesling Icewine food pairings: aperitif with strong blue cheeses or seared foie gras, for dessert with fresh fruit.

Reviews and Ratings

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Intense pineapple, honey, citrus, and a touch of floral and ginger. I LOVE Riesling ice wines, what a beautiful flavour to make concentrated!
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This Icewine is just, divine. Wildflower honey, bees wax, orange marmalade and stewed peaches. Zingy acidity, cloying mouth feel and long lemon honey finish. The pairings are endless: aged hard cheeses, lemon tarts, pavlova... Maya flan (my fav dessert)... the list goes on.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Apple compote, quince and honey on the nose. Pure nectar. Divine in the mouth. Depth.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Beautiful apricot, honey, noble rot nose.
Rich palate loaded with honey, more apricot and lime.
Mouth-coating sweetness with balanced acidity.

Nova Scotia Apple Pie with a slice of aged cheddar.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

World class Icewine from a great vintage. Honey, bees wax, sweet orchard fruit, with a hint of petrol. Enjoy this delicious Riesling Icewine with a rich creme brulee! My favourite pairing. This would also complement spicy Asian cuisine as the rich sugar helps to sooth the palate from any harsh heat. Tasted February 2015. 91 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
