Generous oak, butterscotch and hazelnut aromas on the nose give way to full-bodied richness on the palate. Lovely green apple and peach notes as well. A big chardonnay for those who love the genre. This wine would be divine with roast chicken or corn dishes.

Chardonnay food pairings: breaded veal cutlets, chicken souvlaki, duck a l'orange, stir-fried vegetables, Camembert with Calvados.

The grapes for this wine come from the vineyards on Laguna Ridge in the Russian River Valley. Yellow apple and peach blossom aromas. Spice notes on the finish. This wine was 100% barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in small French oak barrels. Source: Winery
