Nice freshness on the black current fruit - no cooked flavours here. Just enough sweetness to balance the higher acidity encountered in most fruit wines. Lovely aromatics/flavours/value.

Brilliant cranberry color, this unique wine would be a great conversation piece at a party. Herbaceous and sour cherry on the nose, with a candied cherry flavor on the palate. Tasted November 29, 2015.

Earthy black current aromas that are a little herbal as well. Off-dry taste with the fruit not being overwhelming. This would probably pair quite nicely with hard cheeses.
