A brilliant Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough. Pronounced fresh herb aromas on the nose, dry on the palate with a smoky, flinty finish matched by mouth- watering acidity for food. Pair with a summer greens salad and a goat cheese and smoked salmon flatbread.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: green salads topped with herbed goat cheese, pan-fried panfish, asparagus and caramelized onion galette.

Fresh and flinty on the nose, Greywacke Wild Sauvignon 2014 is a smoky, lightly herbed, dry and elegant Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, South Island. Fermented with natural yeasts. Finishes crisp and long. Enjoy now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
