Graham Beck Zero 2014 Cap Classique sparkling wine is produced from mostly Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir with a delicate mousse of creamy ripe apple, red berry, soft citrus, fresh pastry, blanched almond and a mineral and spice kiss on the finish. No dosage or added sugar on this pretty, creamy sparkler with secondary fermentation in bottle and on its lees for five years!

Cap Classique food pairings: fresh steamed shrimp, seafood bites, freshly steamed shellfish.
