Full-bodied, toasty and crisp with lots of Pinot Noir goodness in this zesty bubbly. Lovely cherry and strawberry notes and clean, crisp finish. Graham Beck is a master of sparkling wines, in my opinion, these are his best. Highly recommended. Perfect for planked salmon.

Sparkling Rosé Pinot Noir Chardonnay food pairings: planked salmon, shellfish, foie gras, pasta with cheese-based sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Love the packaging as it epitomizes "Be My Valentine" in the pretty ballet pink foil wrapping. Inside is just as pretty and enticing with twinkling pink juice crafted with 50% Pinot Noir to give that delicate hue. Fresh summer red berries, floral, toast, wet stone and citrus. Fine mousse and refreshing acidity. Superb!
Tasted: January 2016
Graham Beck's Brut sparkling rosé is made in the Méthode Cap Classique exclusive to South Africa. This sparkler comes to us from the Western Cape wine region there and is a full-bodied, toasty sparkling wine with cherry and strawberry flavours from 50% Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine grapes from which it is made. Serve chilled on its own of with starters. Fresh, delicious and a great value bubble! - Community Wine Reviews
