Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Pale copper pink with mild cherry aromas. Palate gives tart cherry, apple, citrus, slight croissant, with very fine persistent mousse. Brut Rosé is perfect for wedding showers or your next "Girls' Night".
Tasted June 2017
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This traditionally made sparkling was sourced from Robertson, South Africa and spent around 4-5 years on its lees. 82% Pinot Noir and 18% Chardonnay. As sparkling ages, the bubbles become smaller and more refined. This one isn't the kind that will be explosively fizzy, but it has a lot of sophistication and flavour.
Pinkish-orange in colour.
Lots tropical aromas - apricot, grapefruit, and passionfruit.
Deliciously easy to drink. Raspberry, stone fruit, lactic notes, and a lot of autolytic character.
Pair this wine with panko fried tofu, or red snapper ceviche.
This South African sparkling rose uses the Méthode Cap Classique which is styled after Champagne's Mèthode Traditionelle. - Community Wine Reviews
