Reviews and Ratings

Carla rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Really enjoyed this bottle. Be sure to let it breath for an hour or so as it is very thin when first opened. It makes a huge difference. It finishes very well with a bitter sweet chocolate & coffee that's just delightful. Strangely enough, it paired surprisingly well with an oatmeal stout beer. Who knew?!
Jacqueline Cochrane rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A great wine
This is a dark purple wine with a heady nose of jammy dark berries, which flow into robust flavors of black raspberry, blackberry and black cherry. The finish has an oak signature ... This wine has the power and structure to stand up to any heavily spiced dish, especially anything in a tomato based sauce. Score: 88 Source: Norm Bentley, pineisland-eagle.com
