From the south of France a zesty Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah rosé with the emphasis on Grenache, and ideal for rosé because it matures easily and quickly, has vibrant aromatics, yet keeps its zesty acidity for food. Elegant, dry, medium-bodied and very satisfying with wild strawberry, ripe red berry, rose petal. citrus zest and light herb flavours on the palate. The bottle for this rosé was created in a competition for students at design schools in Paris. There is actually a rose shape cut into the glass on the bottom, as well as an elegant glass stopper on the top.

Rosé food pairings: seared tuna, sushi, seafood nebayaki udon.

Strawberry and cantalope, parsley, white pepper, sweet grapefruit. Very fresh and pretty, Good salad and seafood wine. Makes a beautiful gift with the rose-cut bottle and glass stopper, that makes no one want to throw it away! They also came out with a half sized bottle for Christmas that is... ADORABLE!
Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale pink appearance, and lovely aromas on the nose. Pear, peach, white raspberry and strawberry aromas that replay on the fresh palate.

This is a great wine, and regularly available at LCBO Vintages.

I am so glad Rosé is celebrated year-round!
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Consistently a great pick, even in winter, although it's a no-brainer for a nice summer afternoon! Aromas of field berry, lime zest, and a slightly herbaceous note. Light bodied, with vibrant acidity, and a nice balance of strawberry and citrus on the palate. Enjoy with grilled or baked salmon, or a refreshing tuna crudo with citrusy vinaigrette.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Gérard Bertrand knows rosé. Seemingly endless amounts of red berry and grapefruit aromas and flavours emerged from this pale pink blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault. These grapes were harvested from vines grown in limestone, schist and gravel soils in the Languedoc appellation of southwest France. Serve this rosé solo by the glass or paired a leafy summer salad. Enjoy.

Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Salmon in colour with aromas of pear, strawberry and melon. It is medium bodied and dry with mouthwatering acidity. On the palate you get flavours of white grapefruit and strawberry. This will pair well with seafood, leafy green salads or on its own. Tasted on June 13, 2020.
David Skinner rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium pink with hints of gold. Strawberry and melon and some grassy hints. Medium acidity and light red fruit on the palate. Refreshing and medium length finish.
It's all about the freshness on this popular, well-priced dry Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah Languedoc rosé wine from Gérard Bertrand. Côte Des Roses. Fresh and zesty with ripe red berry, zesty citrus and light herb flavours on the palate. Try it today with a charcuterie and cheese board or roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
