Mocha-dark-chocolate rich with fleshy cherries and berries. Smooth, supple, and medium-bodied. Lovely sipping wine that will take you through an entire evening.

Reviews and Ratings

Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Inky dark in colour. Decent character, and NOT a simple wine making it good value at $12.95. Candied fruit turning into jammy red fruit on the nose, with smokey oak coming through as well. Definitely full on the palate for a Pinot Noir, and a nice wine. Looking forward to having it at my sister's wedding this summer!!
Travis Oke rated this wine as 80/100 with the following review:

This smells too sweet from the very beginning. Lot's of cooked berries, almost jam (hee hee I almost typed ham). Maybe I needed a better food pairing like a roasted chicken?
I wish George would just stay home in Beaujolais and make great wines from Gamay grapes - I would be happy with that.
