A floral blend of blend of pinot gris, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, and gewurtztraminer grapes. This Ontario white wine is medium-bodied with a beeswax finish. Pair with light seafood dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Interesting blend of pinot gris, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, and gewurtztraminer. Intense aroma of orange blossom with apple and pear. Fruity and slightly bitter.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Love the name and the label first of all! This mishmash of a blend is quite pronounced on the nose with lingering notes of peach, lemon and rosewater. Patate shows similar notes with a medium pithy finish. This white blend is light bodied with a fresh mouthfeel. It is, however, lacking some major acidity and balance. A terrific wine to celebrate Canada Day with! Pair with friends and Canadian pride!
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

The 2013 Frisky Beaver white Blend offers diversity in aromatics and on the palate. A great crowd pleaser, this wine offers excellent value for money and promises to please at picnics, BBQ and other special occasions. This wine is brilliant pale gold in colour and 12% abv. The bottle invites us to experience Canadian unpretentiousness and tempts us to explore with "breaking the rules has never tasted so good". With the promise of adventure and comfort, the bottle also suggests diversity in pairings as well as venue from BBQ to garden party. I couldn't agree more. A great find and well-endowed with a potentially catchy brand name for proud Canadians anywhere in the world. This wine is potentially the weekend wine-warrior's equivalent of Molson Canadian.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

A floral nose of rose and lychee with white tree fruit. The palate shows rose, lychee, peach and slight spice. A long rose petal finish.
