Lovely mouth-watering juiciness with green apple brightness on this terrific Californian white wine, and just a kiss of toasty buttery oak. Lovely lanolin richness on this classic Californian Chardonnay. The 2013 vintage of this Chardonnay from the cool Sonoma Coast has a racy vibrancy. Superb balance. Super food friendly. Pair with roast turkey or chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled pork chops, stuffed chicken breast, beef bourguignon, cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A lovely nose with butterscotch, floral and slight citrus notes. Luscious palate with butterscotch, lemon, tropical pineapple, passionfruit. Full-bodied, creamy, satiny mouthfeel and a long tropical frt finish.
Tasted November 2015.
The 2013 vintage of this Chardonnay from the cool Sonoma Coast has a racy vibrancy is the winery's entry-level wine. The grapes are bought from growers rather than estate grown. The wine is made in a gravity flow winery that is built into the rock face of a steeply sloped ridge two miles from the Pacific Ocean. The Maritime influence is evident in this wine. - Community Wine Reviews
