Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Fresh apple and lime zest aromas with clean fruit flavours on the palate of this unoaked Chard from Niagara Peninsula, Ontario. Dry and crisp with excellent acidity making this very food friendly for shellfish, salads, or cold chicken sandwiches.
Tasted June 2017
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Steely, crisp and clean with the perfect amount of Niagara tree fruit and blossoms. Medium-bodied white wine with some lip smacking acidity. Enjoyable with a side of good value!
Pair with seafood; seared scallops in butter; cheese platter.
Tasted: April 2017
Flat Rock's Unplugged (2015) is clean crisp and with a zesty acidity. The wine shows crunchy apple, a nice weight on the palate with just a hint of nut from lees treatment on the wine. - Community Wine Reviews
