From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Flat Rock Good Kharma 2021 Chardonnay is great value at $17. Produced from sustainably-grown grapes and crafted by Dave Sheppard, who was named Winemaker of the Year at the 2021 Ontario Wine Awards. Aptly named "Good Kharma" proceeds of wine sales supports "Feed Ontario" the winery's ongoing charity. Look for ripe peach, grapefruit zest, creamy and rich with a mineral kiss on the palate. Pour with Thanksgiving dinner.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled corn on the cob, grilled chicken, salads, fish tacos.

Flat Rock Good Kharma 2021 Chardonnay is great value at $17 and is produced from sustainably-grown grapes. Aptly named "Good Kharma" proceeds of wine sales supports "Feed Ontario" the winery's ongoing charity. Fresh on the nose and juicy on the palate, this Niagara Chard is showing vibrant green apple, pear, citrus zest and tropical fruit notes. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
