Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An organic Verdejo from Spain's Castilla & Leon region. Refreshing white tree fruit and citrus on the nose and a delicious fruity palate showing green apple and lemon. Very dry, crisp and mouth-watering, with a long lemony finish. Just the ticket for the sultry summer heat.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

100% Verdejo, the aromas and flavours are akin to premium Champagne (but still, i.e. no bubbles) with the toasty oak and lees shinning bright. A lovely wine with brioche and lees on the nose and palate. Enjoy with fresh baked bread, lobster and butter, or on its own, chilled. Tasted June 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

100% Organic Verdejo. This white wine from Spain is reminiscent of Champagne with the exception of bubbles. Rich and creamy lees and yeast notes, apple, lemon, butter, toast and oak. Nice bright acdidity. Very pleasurable. Just in time for lobster season.
Tasted: JUne 2015
