From the Beamsville Bench on the Niagara Escarpment, Fielding 2017 estate-bottled Riesling is super juice on steroids with balanced sweetness and acidity and made for rich seafood dishes and Thai food. The Riesling is medium-bodied, off-dry and at 10.3% abv, you can enjoy a glass or two. On the nose, there are dried fruit, lime and petrol notes.
