Pale lemon in colour this light and refreshing Chardonnay is all about he fruit - apple, pear, lime, and apricot with a slight minerality, this refreshing wine is easy to love.
Pair with cream cheeses, civiche, or oysters. Serve well chilled.
Drink now, or keep until 2016.
Date tasted: August 2015.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This Niagara Peninsula unoaked Chardonnay has an inviting nose of apple and tropical fruit. The palate shows rich tropical fruit, apples and lemon with bright acidity and a long apple finish.
This Niagara white wine made from Chardonnay grapes was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact to preserve freshness. Finishes clean and crisp with mouth-watering acidity. Pair with fresh fish dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
